With more than 25 years of experience across youth, family, and disability services within the not-for-profit and private sectors, Rowiena brings extensive leadership experience and a strong commitment to participant choice, independence and positive outcomes.

As Director, Rowiena oversees day-to-day operations and case management while supporting the leadership team, governance and compliance functions, and a caseload of high-intensity participants. She also maintains a hands-on connection to support delivery, helping ensure participants and staff receive the guidance and support they need.

Rowiena has a particular passion for supporting people with complex behaviours and working alongside participants and support teams to create meaningful and lasting change. She is driven by seeing participants achieve their goals, build independence and become active members of their community.

Deb

Director

Certificate IV in Disability, Basic AUSLAN 

With more than 28 years of experience across government and private sectors, Deb brings extensive knowledge and a genuine passion for supporting people living with disability.

Drawing on her background in leadership, supported accommodation, community access, and advocacy, Deb is committed to creating a positive team environment and helping ensure participants receive personalised supports tailored to their individual needs and goals.

Passionate about dignity, respect and independence, she believes every person deserves the opportunity to make their own life choices and be supported to live as independently as possible. Her focus is on empowering participants to build confidence, maintain independence and achieve meaningful outcomes.

Danitta

Senior Residential Team Leader

With more than three years of experience in disability support, Danitta brings a diverse professional background and a genuine passion for helping people achieve their goals and aspirations. Before joining the disability sector, she worked across administration and veterinary nursing.

As Senior Residential Team Lead, Danitta oversees the day-to-day operations of Strive’s supported living environments while leading and mentoring support staff. She is passionate about creating opportunities for growth, independence and autonomy for both participants and team members.

Danitta has a strong focus on personal care, in-home supports and advocating for participant choice. She is committed to ensuring people living with disability are actively involved in decisions about their health, well-being, and future.

Jessie

Community Support Team Leader

With four years of experience in the disability sector, Jessie brings enthusiasm, energy and a genuine passion for supporting people to achieve their goals. Beginning her career as a support worker, she has since progressed into leadership while maintaining a strong focus on participant wellbeing and community inclusion.

As Community Team Leader, Jessie oversees the daily operations of Strive’s community supports, helping ensure participants receive active, person-centred supports within a safe and inclusive environment. She works closely with participants, families, staff and external stakeholders to promote independence, community participation and positive outcomes.

Passionate about community support and active citizenship, Jessie is committed to helping participants build meaningful connections and live full and engaged lives.

Sandra

Governance & Compliance Manager

Diploma in Community Services

With more than 12 years of experience in the community services sector, Sandra brings extensive knowledge in governance, compliance, administration and people management. Her professional background includes roles in business ownership, human resources, project management, legal administration, governance and compliance.

As Governance & Compliance Manager, Sandra is responsible for overseeing systems, policies and processes that support quality service delivery and ensure compliance with NDIS standards and regulatory frameworks. She works closely with the leadership team to maintain strong governance practices, support continuous improvement and help achieve strategic business objectives.

Sandra is passionate about governance and compliance and is committed to ensuring Strive Support Services continues to deliver high-quality support while maintaining the highest standards of accountability and professionalism.
